The Decanting 
Report has been submitted.  As you all know these comments are entirely the 
product of the insights and analysis of two of our most illustrious 
members, Jonathan Blattmachr primarily and also Carlyn McCaffrey. I was the 
scrivener of their brilliant ideas, and was given too much credit in the written 
submission. I hope they will forgive the oversight.  The College has 
been the beneficiary of their contributions for decades and the good thing about 
this opportunity to set the record straight is that it gives us the chance to 
acknowledge them and to thank them.
