Dear Committee Members:
 
I hope you will be able to join us at the Annual Meeting in Phoenix.
Our Committee meets on Wednesday afternoon, so please make your travel
plans accordingly.  We look forward to a lively discussion.  I am
starting work on the agenda.  If any of you have particular matters or
updates that you would like discussed (even if you are not willing to
lead the discussion) please send them to me as soon as possible.  The
agenda must be in by February 20th.
 
I want to thank all of you who volunteered to work on the Decanting
Committee. We were unable to accept all willing participants, but I know
we will have more opportunities for you in the near future.  
 
I look forward to receiving your suggestions for the agenda and to
seeing you soon.
