Enclosed please find the Family Limited Partnership Questionnaire which will
be discussed at next month's Committee meeting in California .  If you have
settled any FLP/LLC audits since the last ACTEC meeting in Savannah, please
complete the questionnaire and send it to David Pratt via fax (561-241-7145)
