In preparation for our report at the Estate and Gift Tax and Business
Planning Committee meetings in Savannah regarding FLP audits, please
complete the attached questionnaire and return it to David Pratt as soon as
possible via e-mail (dpratt at proskauer.com) or fax (561-241-7145).  As you
will recall, we have been compiling your responses and presenting then in
summary form at committee meetings.  Please only include settlements that
have not been previously reported.
