[EstGift] Savannah Meeting Agenda

Attached is a draft agenda for the upcoming Fall Estate and Gift Tax
Committee Meeting in Savannah.  Please feel free to suggest other topics or
make whatever comments you deem appropriate.  This is my first cut.

Please note that I still need discussion leaders for several topics,
including the valuation of "single member LLCs" in fact owned by more than
one member (ideally 2 people with different perspectives), recent FLP and
valuation developments, and the recent restricted management account
ruling.

I also need a volunteer as secretary for the meeting. Otherwise I'll draw
the name of a willing volunteer from the first year members of the
Committee. Thanks again to Barbara Dalvano for handling the minutes for the
Summer Meeting.

I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in Savannah.
