It is that time again - we will be meeting in less than two months and we
want to update our family limited partnership settlement survey.  If you
have settled any audits since our last meeting in March or any time in the
last two years which were not reported to us for the March meeting, please
complete the attached questionnaire and return it to David Pratt via e-mail
