As we discussed at the last Estate and Gift Tax Committee and Business
Planning Committee meetings at the Greenbriar, we are conducting a survey
regarding family limited partnership settlements with the IRS.  If you have
settled a case with the IRS, please complete the attached questionnaire and
return it as soon as possible to David Pratt via e-mail
(dpratt at proskauer.com) or fax (561-241-7145).  We will be discussing the
results of the survey at the next committee meeting, and at future committee
meetings.  Thanks in advance for your participation.
