I understand that you are unable to open the attachments sent with my
earlier e-mail.  Due to the number of items, I put them all in a zipped
folder.  Bill Crawford just advised me that the ACTEC list serv is unable to
take those types of files.  Therefore I will send another e-mail Monday with
the documents attached separately.
