[EstGift] Fall Meeting

Attached is a first draft of the agenda for the Estate and Gift Tax
Committee fall meeting at the Greenbrier.  A lot has occurred since the
summer meeting, and we have a full agenda of timely topics.  Please let me
know if you know of another topic which needs to be on the agenda or which
may be an appropriate topic for the annual meeting.  I especially encourage
those who have not previously served as a discussion leader to suggest
possible topics of interest.  As much as I value our our recidivists and
reserve the right to impose upon them again and again in the future, one of
my goals for future meetings is to add at least one or two new discussion
leaders to the mix for each of the upcoming meetings.

I also am asking for a volunteer to serve as Secretary for the meeting. In
particular, I would like a first year member of the Committee to volunteer,
or risk being asked to volunteer. Mal Moore, our newest member of the
Committee, is exempted, however.  My sincere thanks to Barbara Dalvano for
her service as Secretary for the Salt Lake City summer meeting.

Many thanks.  I hope to see as many of you as possible at Greenbrier, and
welcome any comments or suggestions which you may have in the interim.
