Dear Bill:  Here are the materials that need to make their way to the
listserve.  The first 4 items are the working draft of the Supercharged
Credit Shelter Trust Article and associated charts.  These should be
with the Estate and Gift Tax Committee materials.  The last is the
powerpoint for the GRAT presentation, which should be with annual
meeting materials.  Let me know if you have questions.  Diana
