An updated Agenda and copies of all discussion materials will be sent to
you on Fri. of this week or Mon. of next week. You will need to make your
own hard copies if you want them in SLC.

Sorry for any confusion. Because we will have very limited duplication
capabilities in SLC, ACTEC has requested that the committee chairs forward
to the LA office for copying any materials which are to be distributed to
visitors. Those have been sent serially to LA upon receipt because of an
anticipated cut-off date ( which has now been extended on several
occasions) for such copies. Robin Neal has tried to be very helpful by
forwarding the materials to the Committee, but my intent has been, and is,
to send you all materials as part of one email so that you won't have to
retrieve materials from scattered emails.

I think that we have an excellent program and look forward to seeing you in
SLC. To the discussion leaders, many thanks to all of you who have sent
materials to me. They will be in the final package. To those discussion
leaders who are still trying to submit something in time for inclusion in
the final package, please try to send the materials to me by noon on Fri.
