Hello Committee Members - I am attaching a draft agenda for next
Saturday's meeting.  If you are listed as a presenter and will not be
able to present, please let me know.  Also, you will note that we need a
presenter for the remainder purchase marital trust.  If you are
interested in being the presenter for that topic, please let me know.  I
am also attaching most of the material for the meeting and I will send
the balance of the material tomorrow.  We will not have copies of the
Tax Court cases available at the meeting so as to cut down on copying
costs so you should plan on bringing your own copies.  I look forward to
