[EstGift] Right to Add Crummey Power Holder to ILIT

      Is the settlor's reservation in an ILIT of a right to add to the
holders of a Crummey power an "incident of ownership" under Sec.

2042 which would bring the assets of the ILIT back into the Settlor's
estate?  Older form books included such a power, but the recent editions
do not.
