Dave Cornfeld has reminded me that, in my counting of amicus briefs, I
somehow overlooked the brief filed by Ellen Harrison in Schott, which
was very pursuasive and led to the Ninth Circuit reversal of the Tax
Court.  Particularly as Ellen sent me a copy of both the opinion and the
brief because I have a similar case pending, I can't explain the brain
misfire.  Mea culpa, but it just shows the level of what the College has
done and the effect our briefs have previously had.  Sorry, Ellen, but
thanks again for a fine effort there.
