[EstGift] Fall Meeting

We are only 5 weeks away from the Charleston meeting!  I hope everyone
is making plans
to attend, for particularly with the release of the Split $ Regs
recently, and the filing of the appeal in
McCord, we have the beginning of a very interesting meeting.  I still
don't have but one volunteer regarding 
the proposed  amicus brief, so we will need to consider that issue once
more.  In addition, please send
me your thoughts and suggestions for what else should be covered at our
Eatate & Gift Tax Committee meeting, which will be held Saturday, Nov 1,
from 2-5pm.  Those who wish to 
formally participate in the meeting, or have topics that should be
covered,
please let me know by the 29th.
